Why do we process your personal data and on what legal basis?
“MDP CLOUD” uses personal information to effectively provide services. We also do this to improve our services to you as a customer. In order to have the right to process your personal information, there must be a legal basis for such processing. Below we explain why and for what reasons we support the processing of your personal information.
To fulfill the contract with “MDP CLOUD,” we need to process your personal information to execute the agreement between us and you as a customer or account owner. For you as a customer, processing is necessary to implement and deliver your orders, issue invoices, and assess which payment methods we can offer you, manage your files, and provide support and good customer service.
Based on your consent, MDP CLOUD processes personal information based on your consent. This is the case if you want to register an account in the “Customer Area” or gain access to the account, for example, to save favorites and more easily manage problems and complaints. We may also promote and tailor offers to you or inform you about our services by mail and email, SMS/MMS, and online newsletters.
